Advice for Keto for low income household

I've been curious about keto for a while, but I'm in the low income bracket (like 34kCAD a year, half of that goes to rent 😢) I'm wondering of anyone knows of websites or apps or even books out there that have keto recipes for low income households.

    I think it's veggie based. It's cheaper than meats.

    You can probably find store name brands versions for keto products. Might not be as tasty but it'll save you your money while still being able to execute the Keto diet.

    I think it would be fine to have eggs and beans if you are on budget.

    I got you! The place to go is YouTube. You can search "keto on a budget" "easy keto" etc you will find something that works for you. Also, I use my library card all the time. Your local library may have some books and magazines as well. Hope this helps.
