Keto diet

I love meat so I think keto diet can be good for me:) . 

I know you eat meat but do you still can eat potatoes or pasta?? I wonder how long I should use that diet to see effects ?? If I stop will there be yoyo effect after?? Should I see doctor or diabetic to talk about it first?? Is there any side effects of using this diet?? Can I have any health problems ?? 

 

I am very sceptic about keto diet but why not to try??😊

    Stay away from starch: potatoes bread. Pasta  peas carrots, corn.  Eat broccoli avocado soybean.  Eat lean meat with a lot of vegetables. If you feel there is something that you absolutely must have then look for a company that makes keto versions of it.

      I did know that they are companies which make keto diet. Will do some searches.

    Potatoes are too high in carbs so not good for a keto diet
