How do you stay motivated and on track with the keto diet, especially during social events or holidays?

    Avoid sugary drinks – stick with diet versions or just water. Also, that means no juice or milkshakes. Hot drinks like coffee and tea can be had but without dairy milk and Sugar.

    During holidays, some people take a break.  Others just graze a little and mostly stick to keto friendly foods.

    That is probably the worst bit being on any diet. You need to be strong unfortunatelly🙄😏
