You need to drastically reduce carbohydrates and increase your intake of good fats, but it is said to come with many side effects. First, start by cutting out one type of food, such as bread, noodles, or snacks, and gradually reduce carbohydrates, while eating a variety of vegetables and vegetable fats, such as olive oil and avocado.

Of course. White rice and white bread are representative carbohydrates.

Of course. Why not?
You can choose:
some forms of animal fats (lard, butter, mature cheeses, Greek yogurt, ...)
most vegetable oils (olive, palm, coconut),
fatty foods in general, such as avocados, nuts (walnuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, pecans)
seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, flax)
Naturally it all depends on you. You need to be focused and reach your own goal.
