Keto diet and hypoglycemia

Hi everyone. I was wondering how someone who has episodes of hypoglycemia could modify a keto diet in order to still manage sugar levels. I realize that 99.9% of us are not doctors or other medical professionals and that I need to consult with a medical professional before altering my diet to ensure it is safe for me to do so. I am more so asking for tips/ways to modify a keto diet to fit my dietary requirememts having to deal with hypoglycemia. Thanks in advance of any ideas that you have!!

I personally would never actually do a Keto diet... from my personal research Keto diets tend to starve the body if certain nutrients dure to the idea of Keto is to eat less when that's not usually the problem... going on a diet doesn't always mean cutting food portions but to change what your eating... I wouldn't follow Keto but would just change up your eating habits to fit what you want to achieve
