KETO DIET QUESTIONS

I think everything related to the keto diet has already been asked, but I have a question: How long can you follow it for it to be truly effective, and can you skip a day on the diet, for example, by including a piece of fruit or a glass of orange juice, or is it completely forbidden to consume fruit or fructose derivatives?”

The effectiveness of the keto diet can vary for individuals, but it is typically recommended to follow the diet for at least a few weeks to see significant results. Some people choose to follow the diet long-term for sustained benefits.

In terms of skipping a day on the diet, consuming a piece of fruit or a glass of orange juice would likely kick you out of ketosis, as fruit contains natural sugars that can increase your carbohydrate intake. While it is not completely forbidden to consume fruit or fructose derivatives on a keto diet, it is important to do so in moderation and consider the impact on your overall carb intake.

I can't answer you about the Keto diet. I always prefer to change your diet if you have a weight or health problem than to diet. A little exercise (walking) and a light dinner should be enough. Eat a varied diet and eliminate snacks and sugary drinks.
