If you are looking for outside straight meat sources, you can try low cal protein powder. I use isopure protein. They have flavors and unflavored. Best macros around.

    Good keto protein options include:

    1. **Meat:** Beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
    2. **Fish and Seafood:** Salmon, tuna, mackerel, shrimp, and crab.
    3. **Eggs:** Whole eggs and egg-based dishes.
    4. **Dairy:** Cheese, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese.
    5. **Plant-Based:** Tofu, tempeh, and seitan.
    6. **Nuts and Seeds:** Almonds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds.

These options are high in protein and low in carbohydrates, making them suitable for a ketogenic diet.

Fatty fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel, and tuna are excellent sources of protein and healthy fats like omega-3s, which are important for heart and brain health.

Protein powder is good cheap and low calories.Just remember if you're on keto consuming too much protein can take you out of ketosis as body could turn the protein into glycogen.Don't exceed 20% of daily calorie allowance on protein!
