Keto Weight Loss

I'm curious if anyone has stopped Keto and continued to keep off the weight they lost?

No you haven't stopped? Or no you haven't kept the weight off?

If you stop keto and eat smaller portions, your weight will be maintained.

No, sadly the weight comes right back on if and when you stop. In my experience, the best use of Keto is on recurring yet temporary basis, also known as carb cycling. This allows you to eat normal foods without restriction for a period of time to keep from feeling deprived, but then you get back on the keto eating plan and maintain your weight loss that way. I do it for 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off, and I've managed to lose 60 lb and stay at a stable weight this way for about 17 months now. I don't feel deprived and I have more energy than I've had on any other eating plan I've tried this far.

I have not heard of anyone keeping the weight off that they lost while on a keto diet unfortunately.

#2- If you stopped the keto, the weight loss is not significant, it will reach a steady stage for a while
