Keto - Challenges

What are the most difficult hurdles you encountered while on the keto diet? How did you overcome them? 

 

I am also worried that holding off the carbs will be very challenging for me already to start with. Any suggestions on how to address that?

    I do good with the protein and low carbs but I have to do better with adding good fat.

    I think that the cravings would be the biggest challenge for me! I would try to find a substitute that tastes similar!

    #3 - I feel you! I am a carbs person and ibeould feel tried easily if I don't have any carbs for a day, my suggestion is reduce the carbs lever first but not cut it straightly
