I've seen so many adds for weight loss gummies lately. I am wondering if the ones that claim to be for keto are the same as others? Can the keto gummies be used while not on a keto diet and still be effective? I would love to try them but they seem fairly pricey to just try without any proof that they actually work to back them up! Have any of you guys tried them and if so, had any luck loosing weight with them? Any recommendations or feedback is greatly appreciated!! ๐

Yonjoo ChoiI don't believe any products that says you loose weight by eating them. Loosing weight can't be that simple.
