Intermittent fasting question

Is there a preferred age group that this type of diet works best for? Or even gender? Does the different time frames depend on age or gender as well?

From my point of view there is no restriction regarding gender or age. You have to try and find a good type of diet which fit with you and where you feel comfortable.

Se si è giovani può bastare il digiuno 8 16 ore ma se siete in età più avanzata ci vuole il 18- 6 così e più efficace

Success is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

This is going to sound like a cop out (and maybe it is), but if you're asking this because you're wondering if intermittent fasting is right for you, then you really ought to speak to your doctor.

Intermittent fasting can work for most adults, but younger adults might find it easier to stick with. Men often see quicker results than women due to hormonal differences. The best fasting schedule can vary, so it's really about finding what fits your lifestyle and needs.
