I have tried 8/16 and 10/14 .. obviously the 10 on and 14 off was easier. Was seeing if any1 knows the most beneficial split?

I've had coworkers swear by the 16/8 split. They say they feel great and are losing weight effectively.

For me personally, it was ADF (alternate day fasting) with the occasional 5 day fast thrown in. It worked well for me getting my diabetes down to non diabetic levels and my kidney function headed back from the brink. Dr Jason Fung is a great person to follow if you have health issues
