Exercise & Intermittent Fasting

Is it good to do exercise while intermittent fasting? Do you have to modify the type of exercise or intensity of it because of intermittent fasting? I've heard doing fasted cardio is good for weight loss/muscle toning.

Let me know your thoughts, opinions, and/or experiences. ☺️

My understanding is that it's good to exercise whilst intermittent fasting as it enhances the benefits but you do need to drink water.

That makes sense, you still want to keep hydrated even if you can't consume calories during your fast.

I believe it is better to eat something before working out but I do not do it anyway as I like to workout in the early mornings and then it is not always feasible to eat something beforehand

Esercizio fisico associato alla dieta è un ottimo connubio
