Intermittent fasting question

I plan ahead and adjust my fasting and eating schedule - start eating later in the day if I know I'll have a later dinner out with friends.

I tend to stick with my fasting window, I avoid sitting at the table while people are eating. I take pictures and great old friends.

I would just keep myself busy talking with people so I wouldnt be thinking about food the whole time

(Fasting 3) That's gonna be hard. I'll go but not eat anything that I'm not supposed to eat. 

Just dont eat! Or adjust timings a few days ahead if thats not feasible 

Don't eat too much at the Same time

Personally I'm not that rigid so if I go somewhere I'd accept what was given to me if it may look rude for me to refuse.
