Pros:
1. Good for reducing blood sugar.
2. In turn that's good for reducing diabetes.
3. Bizarrely it gives you more energy in my experience.
Cons:
1. If you're following it strictly you can't even drink a cup of tea with milk during fasting.
2. If you're invited out with friends when it's fasting time you face a dilemma.
3. If you're used to always eating 3 meals a day it's quite a change to get your head round.

I think at the beginning you can get hungry as you need to adjust to the time windows but does help with snacking

Top 3 pros: I know exactly when I'm supposed to be eating, I know exactly when I'm not supposed to be eating, I don't get heart burn anymore because I stop eating hours before I go to sleep.
Top 3 cons: when I'm not in full control of my time and I miss my feeding window, relatives not understanding why I can eat, being fixated on time.
