Intermittent fasting question

If you start to do intermittent fasting, do you have to continue forever or can you just do it for a certain period like a few months and then go back to normal?

I think you can stop anytime once you think the body weight is good.

Intermittent eating refers to periodic fasting and eating in a specific eating pattern.
The most popular method is the 16/8 diet, which allows only an eight-hour eating window each day and fasts the rest of the time.
Intermittent eating is believed to help control weight, reduce insulin resistance, increase body metabolism, etc. However, for some people, eating within restricted time periods may lead to increased hunger and nutritional imbalances.

So if the intermittent fasting is good for you, then keep going or else you are supposed to stop it, a while or so.

    Let's talk
It's actually not considered a diet plan but more life resetting the hunger clock of your body!! So you create a window to detox your body !! So you can do it for whatever time frame you want it to be

I think once you have reached your goal, having a cheat day here  and there is fine. You may consider only fasting 2-3 days of the week

It depends if your doing it for weight loss then you can stop but if you're doing it for other health reasons then you'll likely do it on/off for life
