Overeating with intermittent fasting

I feel when I don't eat something for the very long time like maybe 16 hours I end up overeating when I do eat. I feel that does more harm than good. How do you deal with this?

    If it's not working for you, do something different. Try a different fast length, or no fasting at all. It's not for everyone.

    If you can overcome that it gets easier in time

    I also might overeating at some points then I might change the pattern from 18/6 to 16/8. Just give the body some time to get use to it.
