I have been struggling with losing weight and have heard so much about intermittent fasting and weightloss. Please can someone explain in details the best way to fast and lose weight for a lady in her 30s who aims to lose 2kg weekly with fasting. Is this also healthy and what are the benefits of I am to embark on one?
