Q: Intermittent fasting types

Do you have a preferred type of intermittent fasting?  Is it preferable to go by hours.  For example 16:8. Or perhaps by days, for example, 2 days of fasting and 5days of eating for every week?  Which method is more beneficial?

    There is no preferred type of intermittent fasting as it depends on individual preferences,goals and health conditions. However, 16/8 method is a good starting point for beginners.
