Intermittent fasting

Is this helpful for your diet as well? Ive heard somewhere ot is good to workout after 8hrs of fasting. Is this true? I was wondering why it is good for you. Also is it longer fasting the better it is?

    Doing intermittent fasting is helpful because you don't consume too much salt and ultra processed food.

    Internittent fasting can be helpful to many. Workout after fasting can help burn fat that we store as energy. But it should be a less intense workout to be safe.

    I think, I would not even make it one day on this strict diet. I do not eat a lot. But I'm already skinny.
