intermittent Fasting

I usually fast for 48h then eat for 24h and fast for 48h...

At first, this works pretty good but now I don't lose weight anymore. 

If I tried 16-8 fast, will I see results?

    48 is strict, how long do you maintain this for. Surely it's a short term thing. I can exercise with 24hrs but not 48 hours fasting

    You should see results as long as your calorie in is less than calorie out. Your body may just need less calories as you are smaller having lost some weight. Either fasting window should work.
