How to starting intermittent fasting?

I have ever never tried fasting seriously, want to know how to start it? The motivation for this fasting seems hard to kick off. Any easy practice advice for beginners?  Thank you!

    Hi! I have had success by slowly increasing my fasting window over a period of time. Too hard to go all in one day when I was used to grazing. Try picking a wide window, then the next week closing it by an hour, and so on.
