    I think even for long time is good to keep that habits like 10h gap between meal, do not have snacks night time, eat lots of veggies and fruits.

    Lose weight and lower blood pressure. Those are the prominent aspects. However, the intermittent fast depends on personal metabolism. So it is better to try a short time to a longer time.
