16/8 Intermittent fasting

I have tried 16/8 fasting for some time. So its like 16 hours no eating and only eat within 8 hours. So far it's not too bad I feel it's good for digestive system.

 

However I dont have workout habit. If i would like to start, what time would be best along with 168 fasting? After or before eating?

    I do 16/8 5 days a week.I have coffee and light breakfast then hit the gym.So I do it just after my 8 hr eating window starts.I've worked out fasted but prefer having something to eat first.

    I really want to try intermittent fasting, but I don't have quite enough muscle yet!

    There is a debating whether workout before or after eating. I prefer before eating, because it helps me to burn my fat with empty stomach.
