Intermittent fasting and hunger

Io penso che il digiuno intermittente sia un ottimo modo per perdere peso e consentire il regolare flusso sanguigno,  ma mi chiedo: come è possibile controllare la fame, dato che al giorno d'oggi siamo abituati a mangiare qualcosa ogni 3-4 ore? Quindi in questo caso per forza di cose, qualche pasto andrebbe eliminato
