Im not sure if blood pressure has to do wigh blood sugar but its possible
Does fasting affect high blood pressure? I am challenging myself to eat one meal a day. I don't have high blood pressure but just wondering.

I think it can lower blood pressure but also create a higher peak when eating again
LakeI dont think that affects badly on blood pressure
