How do I know if I have high blood pressure?

I don't have the machine at home to measure blood pressure. I don't usually suffer from this problem, but I would like to know what are the symptoms if I have high blood pressure one day.

If you visit a nearby hospital you can find a machine or even some libraries

The usual symptoms would be headache, dizziness nausea and vomiting. These are some of the symptoms you can experience. It also varies for each person. Some would not even experience anything. They would only know they have high blood pressure when they go and measure it.

You probably won't be able to tell that you have high blood pressure. You really need a doctor for this.

Regular checkupsp along with visits when you have a concern are your best bets

If you have blood coming out of your nose and mouth, my husband gets that that's normally a sign of high blood pressure. But everyone is different.

There are many people who have high bp and do not know. There are many signs you can look for. Being ears or faces feeling warm. Hearing your hear beat or a wooshing sound on your ears. Feeling hot. Being flushed or looking red and a headache. There are more signs but this is just rhe general knowledge I know feom experience.
