Hmmm i don't think eating many eggs in a day will cause high blood pressure, but it's not very healthy either; It has a lot of protein but humans need variety in their eating habits ☺️
Every morning, I start my breakfast with having two boiled eggs to provide my body protein first. Besides the breakfast, I have eggs from other meals. Sometimes, I ended up with several eggs a day.
So I wonder my eating habits could affect my blood pressure in the long run. Should I cut down on the eggs?
