What foods to avoid for high blood pressure?

What foods should you avoid if you don't want high blood pressure? I thought eggs but just googled and seems ok in moderations. Do you know of any other foods to avoid?

You should be careful when you eat the foods high in salt or sugar, red meat like beef or pork, and foods high in fat etc.

Gli alimenti con un contenuto di sale eccessivo sono da evitare e cioè:formaggi stagionati, gli insaccati, le carni salate...

I always heard to avoid red meats, but I eat quite a bit of it every day and mine is always low.  I'm sure it's not that simple, and there are many factors involved.

Try to avoid when possible red meats, salty and sugary foods.

definetely, you should avoid salty food, too much sugar or fats.  the alcohol and coffee also is not good for you.  of course we cannot avoid all this, but try to reduce it will be healthy for you

Foods that normally have high sodium contents should be avoided if you have high blood pressure.
