What's the best device for monitoring blood pressure at home?

I see those ones you put your finger into seem to be pretty popular and Amazon and Temu keep showing me those ones. Are they as accurate as a blood pressure cuff? Is it better to just get a cuff and if yes, digital or manual, what works better? I need to get one because my doctor wants me to monitor it at home too.

Thanks everyone.

I think arm cuff ones are recommended and you just need to search for ones that are readable and accurate.

Have you tried an app on your phone.  Curious if it can give an accurate walking BP.

Some of the devices that they have are on amazon and they're proud, it's pretty much a good price. But I will look at the reviews to just make sure that they don't have any complications
