Has anyone tried a blood pressure monitoring app.

I see that you can place a finger over the camera    If you use one, do you think it is accurate    Do you use it while walking  Has anyone tried a blood pressure monitoring app.

    No, I haven't. I have a rechargeable monitor that my insurance company provided when i developed high blood pressure and started medication.

    I doubt it would work. At best it would get your pulse but that's doubtful too

    Do it properly with proven method cause there are so many factors which can change the result

    I did and i deleted right away. It would not work for me. It is not very accurate i think.

    I use a wrist blood pressure device.  I take my reading every morning.  I personally wouldn't rely on an app for a true reading.  Even my own device isn't like the ones in a doctor office.  My Doctor did approve my device.  For every appointment, I take my book in that has record of my daily numbers.
