    Funnily enough that's when my BP did rise and I've suffered from high BP ever since.
    In pregnancy I monitored it, ensured I always sat with my feet up, tried to avoid stressful situations and watched what I ate.

    23- I don't have this problem while I'm pregnancy.  Sorry no idea how to solve this problem.

    I was lucky and didn't experience high blood pressure during my pregnancy, but I've read you can eat healthy, exercise, avoid stress, alcohol and cigarettes,get regular prenatal care and sometimes your doctor will prescribe medication.

    First of all,
    Watch what you eat.
    There are a lot of foods which can cause bad reaction in terms of diabetic reaction for your body. If you are not a diabete patient already it can be a good start

     È importante mangiare "poco e bene", ovvero seguire una dieta varia ed equilibrata (quella mediterranea è particolarmente indicata), ma evitare pasti particolarmente abbondanti. Importante anche l'apporto di liquidi, che dovrebbe aggirarsi intorno ai 2 litri di acqua al giorno. FUMO E ALCOL, ADDIO!
