Good day all.
High blood pressure and diebete are two most body condition which i like to avoid at all cost.
How will you treat your high blood pressure? Will there be any ways to avoid it?
Also I heard if you are a diebete patient, you will start with metformine. But I was wondering if there are any other alternatives , if I want to avoid it?
Also when do you need to start to use insulin? Will it be needed with mild diebete condition too?
