My daily step count is not resetting for the second day now. Why is this happening?

    that's happening to me and they've taken hundreds of coins from my account and I can't seem to get any new coins when I walk and my steps n calories are going down ...feel like this app is a not doing good ...

    Since August 26th, my cashwalk has not been registering.It shows 0 steps in the last 2 days that I have actually walked.It is stuck on 20000 steps.Is what is the problem
