Are the symptoms between hypertension and hypoglycemia the same?

I have high blood pressure and hypoglycemia.  Are there significant differences in the symptoms for each one?  Sometimes I don't know.  The biggest indicator for low blood sugar is I get shaky and feel faint.

The most significant difference between the two are the shakiness and faint feelings which are caused by the low blood sugar as you mentioned. On the other hand, high blood pressure have mild, less obvious symptoms.
