How to reduce high blood pressure?

I wonder how people regulate their high blood pressure levels and how to do it effectively? Does anyone have any methods that helped them?

    Yes this is unfortunately something you to check on and keep up with DAILY! Also in this country if you live in the United States you have to be mindful of the ingredients that go into your body. Such as High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, etc. these will make your blood pressure go up. Also try to get some exercise and change your diet. Americans health has gone A LOT worse since we live in The US. Either it's your genes or it's whatever the FDA allows to go into our food system.  That's why alot of people are moving to United Kingdom nowadays. Because they don't allow ALL the crap to be put into their food supply.
