Can anyone tell me what your first symptom's are, when you are about to have a high blood pressure spike? Are there any unique signs that are not well known that you can share? Such as senses.. feelings, or something just plain out uncommon!?

I think high blood pressure is passed down from family generations. Is that true?

So a lot of times just getting regular checkups show high blood pressure. Symptoms don't really start occurring until you've had a quite high blood pressure for some time. But they can include a lot of symptoms, like headache, anxiety, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, and a lot more. It's a little difficult to really pin point it because a lot of things cause these symptoms! It's pretty much just if your body isn't happy for a while, it will start to yell at you haha.
