It's happened to me as well. I'm trying to see if I get the $10 will it reset back. I use the $5 for the same purposes.

When did CashWalk start this mess where they're making me save enough step coins for a $10 gift card & not leting me cash out a $5 card even though I have the coins. I've been using this app for years. Since it was 1st released. I've always been able to cash out @ 5 bucks Amazon, Google Play store or Walmart. I just noticed I have over 3000 coins, but now the $5 rewards are locked. It says to cash out a $10 reward to unlock all rewards. It's not been real long since I cashed out a $5 play store reward. I understand if something new, but I think that should be for new users or something, instead of springing something new, crappy and a little disappointing to us loyal and consistent app users. I don't see the point in saving for a $10. There's no incentives to wait, like on most of my mobile game reward apps, like 10% off the cost of a $10 reward, compared to the cost of two $5 rewards, and 12 or 15 percent of a $15 reward, 20% off a $20 reward, or anything else, so I usually just cash out $5 and use when I'm buying groceries, or get my son some Rubux @ the play store.

I agree I've never saved up points because they always up the cost randomly

Look into the 3 challenges they have that are weekly. And when you finish one challenge you can double post to start it right back up.

I emailed them its a new stupid thing they are doing. Once you get a higher dollar amount card the 5 option will be back... personally I feel like people who had the app prior should not have to do this

$10 gift cards are locked also. Canโt get it unlocked, any advice on how to unlock this crazy thing

Same here I used to do $5 I was excited to finally cash in my $5 to see it's locked now. I seen apps that keep raising cash out requirements I deleted a cash app over it because it went up twice and added more requirements so I gave up let all money go away because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Next they will be locking $10

Same been using this app for several years seems they started this crap today locking up the minimum cards... I was just looking to cash a $5 out today when yesterday it was unlocked, but didn't have enough chests... about to uninstall this f@cken app... I mean yeah may have gotten close to $200 in gift cards since I've had it that I wouldn't of other wise, but guess all good things come to an end at some point... how sh!tty..

Just click rewards at the bottom of the app, it'll show you the gift card options and how many step coins you have to have to get them

Right! I agree! This kind of change should be for new users. I've cashed out many $5 cards. When you're working on a cash out goal and boom they all of a sudden change the amount, it's disappointing.

Yes, I am locked out of the 5 dollar card. I'm done using the app because of this.

I wonder how many people uninstalled this app all together when they made this change. I guess not enough for them to change it back. Haha. I did uninstall it mostly because of this l. I decided it wasn't worth the app taking up my lock screen if it was going to take double the time to cash out, but I just reinstalled it for the motivation to walk more.
