Very disappointed with this app

I use to live this app cause I kept track of my walking and played cool games and it was super easy to cash out as soon as you hit 5,000 now you have to hit 10,000 for you to be able to redeem the points games are not the same plus I have 10,000 and something points and I can't even redeem them cause supposedly my phone is already verified and I never receive the code they supposedly sent me
