My steps haven't reset for 3 days now, what's going on, and also why can't I get ahold of anyone to change my phone number so I can cash out bc I'm losing points bc I can't cash them in

    I have ecards will they be deleted too or will they still be there when I reinstall?

    Same here. I don't want to try to uninstall because of tbe gift cards and the coins I haven't made into cards yet. Anyone get it resolved
