I don't know how many dumbbells I use, because it's been too long since I used dumbbells.
These are dumbbells in my complex gym. From 5 lbs to 50 lbs, they are various weight.
I usually exercise with a pair of 5 lbs dumbbells, which are the lightest ones, and they are eoough for me.
How many lbs of dumbbell do you use?

I have shoulder problems, I just use 5lbs.
