That sucks, I'm sorry that happened.
i worked very hard to get over 11k coins in total and somehow with out buying anything i now have 5k? so im wondering where the other 6k+ went .. nn i check rewards to make sure i didn't buy anything and i didn't so im very angery and i'm literally sad that i went through blood and sweat and tears to get coins for them to disappear

Try not to wait long to redeem your coins. They may raise the prices again for the gift cards and you'll get less. Hope you get your coins back
