The rent keeps increasing every year. It is becoming less affordable for citizens to rent a property. In city centre, for a 2 bedroom apartment, you need to pay £1500 for it excluding bills and council tax.

    71 - it is crazy , we bought a small rental and rent to my son so he can keep his rent cheap while paying off property for us.  If he had to pay actual rent ,he wouldn't have made it
