Suspended account

I've been using this app for many years. I've never had an issue. But this last time I went to redeem my gift card it said that I entered my password incorrectly too many times and suspended my account. I've gone through the app customer support and I've yet to hear back from anybody. I've emailed over eight different times. I finally reached out through the main website and they said they can't do anything and to go back through the in app support. Can you please help with this? I've been a longtime member I really would like to continue using it I really like the app
