How do I collect my gift card?  My phone number comes up as already verified.  Help?

    You can contact them through your profile. I tried because of the same issue but they never reply. It seems intentionally done at thos point to keep you from claiming.

    It is doing the same thing to me now. I even tried uninstallling and reinstalling the app. Seems intentional to me at this point

    I've always had to confirm my number every time I get a Giftcard. They send a message with a code (6 digits) for to you to type in. Then you have to type in another code (4 digits) that appears on your screen. It's extra things to do but I've always gotten my cards. Hope this helps you and that you get your hard earned card. 😊

    I used to collect my gift card every week.. then I go to enter phone number to be verified, then tells me my phone number has already been verified... and then nothing
