Even though you have enough coins, some of the coins have to be from you actually walking, not just from challenges and stuff.
ok so im trying to cash in my points (or coins ) it says 3000 coins = 5 $ gift xard well i have over 5000 but... every time ive tried cashing in the coins the error message comes up im so confused can someone please explain what im not understanding this is the first time trying to cash in

Have you cashed in your coins by walking to earn at least 500 coins? Maybe the system thinks that you earned most coins from participating in events and you need to earn more from walking

Were most of the coins you have not gotten from walking, say you got them from the lucky box, bonus, surveys or those type of things? I think they want you to get the 500 from just walking, not the other things. You could also contact support and ask them.

You have to have at least 500 coins from Walking.

So if you don't have them just from walking then it doesn't seem fair to them bc it's not what the app is about walking not surveying and doing quests

Before I figured out that their were missions or games that you could earn coins from I was already over 2600 coins I started playing the games and earning coins frkm that as well about 10 maybe 12 days ago.

This is a walking app, so you need to walk to some extend to claim prizes

I think if you can walk today and everyday, you should not have problem collecting coins and get $5 Amazon gift card.

I walk constantly. I'm outside probably every 3 hrs walking my dog 3 blocks one way and 2 blocks down the other way multiple times a day. I've spent maybe total of 5 hrs on the game and 3 of them hours was getting a tattoo otherwise I ant been using the app besides walk and claiming daily coins.
