Having trouble redeeming for gift card

Is anyone else having this problem? 

When I try to redeem the screen says it needs to verify mybphone number. I enter my number then a popnup says " You have already been verified"  I am unable to go any further to redeem. 

 

Can anyone please help?

    Hmmm. I haven't seen this on my end personally, but I wonder if u have redeemed anything before that since you can only redeem 1 card per 24 hour period. Idk if that's why but... maybe?

      It's been a while since I've redeemed a gift card and it's always worked in the past, but for some reason it's not working at all. Now it just keeps telling me. I need to verify my account. I go to verify and it says your account's been verified. And that's as far as it lets me go. I've tried to contact support but I've had no luck. So I was hoping maybe here. I would be able to reach somebody
