i think you should wait for them to grow a little more
If I had a pot I felt out over winter and it has kale seeds, what are the likely hood that these are kale? Should I replant the seed or keep whatever is Growing?

maybe it will grow more then you can replant it

Let it sit till it gets around 6 inch then transfer to a pot
