You get points by walking or participating in challenges, and you redeem vouchers with those points.

You do challenges, walk around and make steps which turn into coins, open daily surprise boxes. Then you exchange the coin with gift cards, simple right? If you meant how to get cash as in paypal or bank payment, then unfortunately you can't.
