Training for 1st 5k

I started changing my lifestyle 6 weeks ago and have lost 24.2lbs already! I'm planning to participate in my first organized 5k this October, and last week I walked my first 5k distance! I haven't started running yet, but will start soon with running in intervals.

    I love hearing testimonies like this! That's amazing!! I've lost 37 pounds since Jan 5th, but had a weeks vacation in April where I put on 6 pound haha.It's annoying having to lose the same weight after you lost it but I have.Now only 10 more pounds to my goal weight.Keep up the good work Danny!💪💪
